What does Giclée Hahnemühle German Etching paper mean?!
Giclée refers to a high-quality printing process that uses inkjet technology to produce fine art prints. Giclée prints are known for their vibrant colours and exceptional detail, and colour accuracy.
Hahnemühle is a renowned manufacturer of fine art papers, and "German Etching" is one of their specific paper types. This paper is known for its textured surface and is made from 100% cotton, providing a luxurious feel and excellent durability. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of purchase, though delays can occur.
Your order should be with you within 3-7 working days*.
*NB ‘working days’ do not include weekends, bank holidays etc.
Changing the delivery address
Please double check your shipping address on placing your order. After an order is put through to production, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated due to the quick turnaround time.
I didn’t receive all of my items, when will the other(s) be delivered?
Some items will occasionally be shipped separately, dependent on size and items. All items will be shipped as soon as available.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Eligibility for Refunds
We only accept refund requests for items that are damaged.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom/commission based or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Digital downloads are also non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@oliverandwild.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will request photos of the item to assess the damage or defect.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us for damaged or defective items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of prints.
